Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant management experience, preferably in a managerial/senior management role.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with good knowledge of operations and financial management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting.
• Able to manage multiple departments and work effectively under pressure.
Job Descriptions
• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics functions to achieve business targets, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain smooth distribution operations.
• The position will lead teams, improve operational efficiency, control costs, and ensure effective coordination among departments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and targets in line with company objectives.
• Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage distributor and dealer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Review sales reports and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other departments to support business growth.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Ensure proper inventory control and accurate stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize stock shortages, overstocking, damage, and wastage.
• Ensure regular stock counting and reconciliation.Establish and maintain proper warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Improve warehouse utilization and operational efficiency.
• Manage transportation and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery to customers and distributors.
• Plan delivery routes and coordinate transportation resources efficiently.
• Monitor delivery performance, transportation costs, and vehicle utilization.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle logistics-related issues and ensure timely problem resolution.
• Develop strategies to reduce transportation and distribution costs.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
