Job Requirements
- B.E(Civil) သို့မဟုတ် B.Arch (Architecture) ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SketchUp နှင့် Lumion Software များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ အသုံးပြု၍ ပုံစံထုတ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- ပေးထားသည့် Concept အပြင် မိမိ၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင်စိတ်ကူးစိတ်သန်းကောင်းများ (Creative Ideas) ဖြင့်လည်း ဆန်းသစ်စွာ ရေးဆွဲဒီဇိုင်းထုတ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်စွမ်း ရှိရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ လိုအပ်ပါက အချိန်ပို (OT) ဆင်းပေးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
