Job Descriptions

Develop and execute monthly digital marketing and content plans.
Create educational and promotional content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Write clear and engaging captions in Myanmar and English.
Coordinate the production of graphics, short videos, client success stories, and marketing materials.
Manage Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Messenger, and other digital communication channels
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
Generate qualified inquiries from business owners and decision-makers.
Respond to online inquiries, collect prospect information, and arrange appointments for the consulting team.
Support the promotion of seminars, training programs, and business events.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and audience behaviors.
Prepare monthly reports on content performance, advertising results, inquiries, qualified leads, and conversion rates.
Work closely with the Founder, consultants, training team, and external designers or video creators.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and content marketing.
Experience in B2B, consulting, software, accounting, or training businesses is preferred.
Good knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
Create basic designs and short videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Interested in learning about accounting, business systems, and ERP software.
Inquiry response time and follow-up completion.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
