Job Requirements
- University degree, diploma, or relevant professional certificate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing.
- Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, and online community management.
Basic online sales and customer communication skills. - Able to write social media captions, short-video copy, and simple scripts.
- Able to use ChatGPT, prompting, and basic AI creative tools.
- Excellent Burmese communication skills and basic English proficiency.
- Proactive, responsible, and aware of current social media trends.
- Digital marketing or social media management certificates are an advantage.
Job Descriptions
- Manage content across TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber.
- Manage public communities and improve audience growth, engagement, and activity.
- Respond to online inquiries and introduce Company platform, courses, and services.
- Follow up with potential customers and refer course or enterprise leads to the relevant teams.
- Work with the video team to plan short-form videos, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Review content performance and improve the social media strategy.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 AM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
