Position Summary:

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across social media and other digital channels.
The role requires strong skills in content creation, digital advertising, and analytics to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media and paid channels.
Create and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and align digital initiatives with marketing strategies.
Coordinate with design, effects, and production teams for creative content development.
Implement digital communication strategies to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirement

Any graduate.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of social media trends, content engagement, and digital performance metrics.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Passionate about brand marketing, digital innovation, and marketing operations.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
