- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်
- Marketing Field မှာ Manager လုပ်သက် အနည်းဆုံး 3 နှစ်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
- Marketing Strategies များကို Plan & Execute လုပ်နိုင်သူ
- Campaign များကို ထိရောက်စွာ Manage & Optimize လုပ်နိုင်သူ
- Analytics & Reporting ပိုင်းကို နားလည်ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ
- Leadership, Communication & Teamwork Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ
- Creative Thinking ရှိပြီး New Ideas များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်သူ
- Target & Business Goals များအပေါ် Result-driven ဖြစ်သူ
Job Descriptions
- Digital Marketing Campaign များကို စီမံကိန်းချပြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း
- Campaign Performance များကို Analyze & Report ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
- Marketing Strategy များကို Business Goals နှင့် ကိုက်ညီအောင် တိုးတက်အောင်လုပ်ခြင်း
- Marketing Team ကို ဦးဆောင်ပြီး Team Performance တိုးတက်အောင် Support ပေးခြင်း
- Customer Engagement နှင့် Brand Awareness တိုးတက်စေရန် Creative Ideas များ ဖန်တီးခြင်း
- Team ကို ထိရောက်စွာ ဦးဆောင်စီမံနိုင်ပြီး Team Member တစ်ဦးချင်းစီရဲ့ အားသာချက်များကို အသုံးချကာ Team
- Performance နဲ့ Productivity တိုးတက်အောင် လမ်းညွှန်ပေးနိုင်သူ.
