Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Field.
• MBA & Advanced Diploma in Sale & Marketing is Highly preferred.
• At Least (3) Years of Proven managerial experience in managerial positions.
• Minimum (2) years’ experience in B2B corporate sales, Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising or Media.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services (Social Media Management, Performance Ads, Content Production, Branding).
• Proven presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Job Description
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and actionable plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maximize agency revenue.
• Identify and develop prospective B2B clients, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and successfully close sales deals.
• Analyze digital marketing market trends, competitor services, and pricing models to identify new business and growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and manage junior Business Development executives; set sales targets and closely monitor team performance.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover to the Operations team while building and maintaining long-term client relationships for renewals and upselling.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and prepare regular sales performance reports for the management team.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday (Alter), Sunday and Public Holidays
