Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components in the cement plant.
- Monitor and ensure optimal performance of electrical equipment such as motors, drives, transformers, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for smooth plant operations.
- Manage and supervise electrical technicians and contractors.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in plant upgrades, automation, and energy efficiency initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- AUTO CAD must be use
- Minimum [5] years of experience in industrial or cement plant operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, SCADA, and automation
- Familiarity with high-voltage systems and industrial safety standards
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday alternately, Sunday & Public Holidays
