Job Requirements
- BE, B.Tech , AGTI (EP/EC)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), Strong knowledge of High/Low voltage power distribution, Transformers, and Industrial Generators.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure during emergency breakdowns.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all electrical systems, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, and performance of generators, transformers, and solar power systems.
- Plan and execute electrical load calculations, power distribution improvements, and capacity expansion projects.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks for installation, and Solar projects, prepare engineering reports, maintenance records, and performance analyses for management review.
- Lead and mentor engineering and maintenance teams, providing technical guidance and training.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and management teams to support operational efficiency and business objectives.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
