Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ELV Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, PABX, PA System, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling.
- Proficiency in using relevant design software and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, cross-team management, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning and development.
Job Description
- Design and develop ELV systems, including but not limited to CCTV (Hybrid System),PABX (Hybrid System),Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling.
- Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for ELV systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- ELV projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, IT, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems.
- Supervise and manage the installation and commissioning of ELV systems.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and safety of installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the installation process.
- Provide technical support to clients and maintenance teams for ELV systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for ELV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to management.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
