Job Requirements

Candidate must processes Diploma/ Degree/ College graduate.
At Least 1 Years minimum working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Strong team player and able to work under pressure.
Outgoing personality and able to interact with all levels of workforce.
Computer literate.
Strong quantitative Skill, negotiation skill and accuracy in Data analysis.

Job Descriptions

Preparing monthly budget based on previous month paid amount
Following up with finance and procurement for monthly PR and PO process
Monthly data collection from both EPCs and regional teams on time
Accuracy in data entry process to avoid unnecessary mistakes
Preparing invoices for each township and division
Dealing with finance to make payment before EPC deadline date
Managing cash flow to make payment through regional teams on time
Having general knowledge about banking system
Ensure payment done bank slips must be shared to EPCs and regional teams before banking hours
Paid slips collection after every single payment
Preparing weekly update tracker to share head of section weekly
Preparing weekly report tracker to know monthly payment process
Ensure to have knowledge about meter unit calculation
Preparing reconciliation data monthly
Ensure all the paid amount must be claimable to MNOs monthly

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
