Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ (MBA ရရှိပါက ဦးစားပေးမည်)။
- FMCG စက်ရုံတွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၅ – ၁၀) နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Factory Manager သို့မဟုတ် Production Manager အဖြစ် (၃) နှစ်ခန့် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ ။
- Leadership နှင့် Team management ကောင်းမွန်ခြင်း။
- Production planning နှင့် process improvement ကျွမ်းကျင်ခြင်း။
- Problem-solving a decision-making skill ကောင်းမွန်ခြင်း။
- Cost control နှင့် budgeting ကျွမ်းကျင်ခြင်း။
- Computer (Excel, ERP system) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ခြင်း။
- ဦးဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ဖိအားအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ရလဒ်နှင့် အချက်အလက်အပေါ် ဦးတည်လုပ်ကိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Key Responsibilities
၁။ ထုတ်လုပ်မှု စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု (Production Management)
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly production plan များစီစဉ်ခြင်း။
- Production target များကို အချိန်မီပြီးမြောက်စေရန် ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း။
- Waste, reject, downtime များ လျှော့ချရန် စီမံခြင်း။
၂။ အရည်အသွေး ထိန်းချုပ်မှု (Quality Control)
- ထုတ်ကုန်များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အရည်အသွေးစံနှုန်းအတိုင်း ထုတ်လုပ်မှုရှိစေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- QA/QC team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ quality issue များ ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
၃။ လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုနှင့် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် (Operations & Efficiency)
- Production process များကို တိုးတက်အောင် ပြုပြင်ခြင်း။
- Cost reduction နှင့် efficiency မြှင့်တင်ရေး ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- KPI (Output) များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
၄။ ဝန်ထမ်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု (Team Management)
- Staff များကို ဦးဆောင်၊ လေ့ကျင့်ပေးခြင်း။
- Shift planning နှင့် manpower allocation လုပ်ခြင်း။
- ဝန်ထမ်း performance များ အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်း။
၅။စက်ပစ္စည်းနှင့်လုံးခြုံရေး (Maintenance & Safety)
- Machine maintenance schedule များ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- Breakdown ဖြစ်ပေါ်ပါက အမြန်ဆုံး ပြုပြင်ခြင်း။
- Workplace safety နှင့် စည်းမျဉ်းများ လိုက်နာစေရန် စီမံခြင်း။
၆။ ပစ္စည်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု (Warehouse)
- Raw material နှင့် packaging material များ လုံလောက်မှုရှိစေရန် စောင့်ကြည့်စီမံခြင်း။
- Warehouse နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ stock control လုပ်ခြင်း။
- Loss / damage မဖြစ်စေရန် ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း။
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sabbath day & & Public Holidays
