Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a Factory Manager / Plant
- Manager / Operations Manager position.
- Strong experience in Food Manufacturing / FMCG / Beverage industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production management, factory operations and manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, maintenance and factory utilities.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting and productivity improvement.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably experienced with ERP/Manufacturing Management Systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
