Job Requirements
- B.Com or other related Degree or Master with Finance, ACCA Affiliate or CPA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in F & B industry
- Advance Computer Skills on Microsoft Office, Accounting Software and Database
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Proven Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Procedures, Laws, Rules and Regulations
- Ability to work under pressure with good attitude
Job Description
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support organizational goals
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and metrics to provide insights on financial performance
- Oversee cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and capital expenditures
- Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of Sales Revenue, COGS, OPEX and CAPEX.
- Prepare the monthly GP analysis on the main categories for the management
- Prepare the category performance report and comparison report on quarterly data
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
- Prepare the yearly sale budget report after checking the data from operation team
- Reviewing AR Aging Report and analyzing AR overdue report and monitoring for collection.
- Recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
- Liaising with both external and internal auditors.
- Reviewing monthly P&L (Profit & Loss) statements and identifying ways to enhance profitability.
- Perform other Ad hoc as assigned by Executive Director and Managing Director.
Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
