Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field. (MSc/ MA is a plus)
- Proven Experience as a General Manager (at least 3years)
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Operations etc.)
- Strong Analytical Ability & Self-Control
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent Problems Solving Skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills

Job Descriptions
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Manage Company Goals for Several Departments (e.g. Managing Staff, Overseeing Budget, Marketing strategies)
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Employee assessment processes
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issue. (e.g. profit decline, employee conflict, loss of business to competitors
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
