Job Requirements
• ဘွဲ့ရ (အင်ဂျင်နီယာ/ စီးပွားစီမံ/ ဓါတုဘွဲ့) တစ်ခုခု ဖြစ်ရမည်။ (particularly in fields like business administration, Industrial administration, governance, or a related area.)
• ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ရောင်းဝယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းတို့၌ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေး အဆင့်မြင့်ရာထူး လုပ်သက် (၃)နှစ် အထက် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
• English 4 skill ကျွမ်းကျင်တတ်မြောက်ရမည်။
• ကွန်ပျူတာ ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။ (Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, Zoom)
• ရုံးသုံးဆော့ဖ်ဝဲ၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ်များနှင့် အွန်လိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးကိရိယာများတွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်းခွင်စည်းကမ်း လိုက်နာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ဘဏ္ဍာရေး ၊ ဘတ်ဂျက် နှင့် ငွေစာရင်း လုပ်ငန်းများ တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့် အသိအမြင်ရှိရမည်။
• ခေတ်မှီ စက်ရုံလုပ်ငန်းခွင် ထုတ်လုပ်မှု စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေး (Shop floor production management in planning) ဗဟုသုတရှိရမည်။
• Project လုပ်ငန်းများအား ဦးဆောင် ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်သည့် အရည်အသွေးရှိရမည်။
• စက်ပစ္စည်းပြုပြင်ထိမ်းသိမ်းတတ်သောအခြေခံကောင်းရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးပြေပြစ်ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။ (ဌ) ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအရည်အချင်း ( Leadership Skill) ဖြင့် ပြည့်စုံရမည်အပြင် လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များ ရည်မှန်းချက်များကို ကောင်းစွာ လိုက်နာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်တတ်သော Followership Skill ဖြင့်လည်း ပြည့်စုံရမည်။
• အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ စည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် စည်းမျဉ်းများကို တိကျစွာလိုက်နာနိုင်ခြင်း ၊ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များကို Target date များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိအောင် စီစဉ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• ကော်ပိုရိတ်အုပ်ချုပ်မှုဆိုင်ရာ မူများ၊ ဥပဒေလိုအပ်ချက်များ၊ စည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် လိုက်နာမှု ဆိုင်ရာ ကျယ်ပြန့်သော ဗဟုသုတရှိခြင်း၊ (Legal and governance knowledge) အထူးအား ဖြင့် မြန်မာ အထူးစီးပွားရေးဇုန် ဥပဒေ(Special Economic Zone Laws)၊ နည်းဥပဒေများ၊ စည်းမျဉ်း စည်းကမ်းများ၊ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များသိရှိ နားလည်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
