Job Descriptions
- Architecting and directing comprehensive, long-term marketing strategies and optimizing annual budget allocations to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and minimize Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).
- Championing the platform’s brand identity and overseeing high-impact digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns to elevate brand equity and market awareness.
- Engineering aggressive, data-driven growth initiatives targeting both driver-partner onboarding pipelines and passenger acquisition/retention loops within the marketplace.
- Leveraging advanced market analytics, consumer behavior insights, and competitive intelligence to continuously pivot and refine marketing tactics in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultivating and scaling a high-performing marketing organization through direct mentorship, clear objective-setting (KPIs/OKRs), and rigorous performance management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
- Communications, or a highly relevant discipline.
- 7 + years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership capacity (Director, Head, or Senior Manager level).
- Proven track record of scaling a dual-sided marketplace or digital platform (e.g., ride-hailing, food delivery, e-commerce, fintech) within competitive regional markets.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
