Job Requirement
- Any Graduate
- Minimum (7) years of experience in sales and management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Applicants must have prior experience in construction.
- Age between 35,40 and 45 years.
Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify emerging markets, competitor shifts, and industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training programs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
