Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR and Administration experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in FMCG, wholesale, distribution, logistics or retail is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Myanmar Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- HR certification is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer payroll, attendance, leave and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Keeping employees motivated by conducting programs.
Administration
- Oversee office administration and facility management.
- Manage office assets, supplies and procurement.
- Coordinate company vehicles, travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Supervise reception, security, cleaners and other support staff.
- Liaise with government departments and external service providers.
- Organize company meetings and staff activities.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 6: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holiday
