- တက္ကသိုလ် ဝင်တန်း အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (သို့) ကျောင်းကိစ္စ ကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR Certificate (or) Diploma ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အသက် (၂၀ မှ ၂၈) နှစ်အတွင်း ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အကျင့်စာရိတ္တ ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါက ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- အများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Word, Excel ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ။
