Job Descriptions
- Responsible for the whole recruiting process for both foreigner and local, writing JD, Job posting relevant recruiting channel, Collecting CV, screening qualified CV, making an interview appointment with relevant line manager, giving the interview result.
- Prepare/implement employment contracts for employees.
- Manage yearly uniform budget for HR expenses and order for next year.
- Evaluation performance for new employees within the probation period.
- Responsible for orientation for the new employees.
- Providing administrative support to new employees. (Eg, Uniform, other necessary…)
- Monthly recruitment report to HR HOD.
- Monthly analysis recruitment and turnover process.
- Yearly analysis for salary survey.
- Managing and delivering the day to day operations of assigned HR duties and task
- Others are assigned by HOD
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/ HR diploma or equivalent.
- Above 4 years’ experience in the HR Recruitment field.
- Familiar with Myanmar labour Laws
- Can use Photoshop if possible.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work under pressure.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
