Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,
- Management, or a related field.
- Professional HR qualification or certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an
- HR Manager or HR leadership position.
- Experience managing HR across multiple business units, branches, or
- companies is highly preferred.
- Experience in at least two of the following sectors is an advantage:
- ○ Hospitality / Hotel
- ○ Education / School
- ○ Retail
- ○ Corporate / Head Office
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management,
- compensation & benefits, HR policies, and labor compliance.
- Experience in developing HR systems, policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel between business units when required.
Working Hour: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
