Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate with Diploma in HR Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in related field
  • Understanding and setting up HR Processes & Policies.
  • Understanding on local compliances, Talent Acquisition, Training & development, Performance management and HR interventions
  • Good Communication Skills, MS- EXCEL, MS- POWERPOINT, Balanced, analytical thinker, Empathetic listener, problem solver, Result orientation, conflict Management
  • Employee Complete Life Cycle and related documentation.
  • Talent Acquisition for all levels till on boarding.
  • Payroll Management and Compliances Management.
  • Induction/Orientation Programme.
  • Performance Management System.
  • Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Policy Formulations.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
