Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR Management ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- စက်ရုံ/ထုတ်လုပ်မှု လုပ်ငန်း (Manufacturing / Factory Sector) တွင် HR အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူများကို အထူးဦးစားပေးမည်။ (Startup Factory Experience ရှိပါက ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်ပါသည်။)
- Myanmar Labor Law နှင့် SSB Law များကို အသေအချာ နားလည်သဘောပေါက်ပြီး လက်တွေ့ကျင့်သုံးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Leadership Skill, Communication Skill နှင့် Problem-Solving Skill ထက်မြက်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- စက်ရုံသစ်၏ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို တာဝန်ယူလိုစိတ် အပြည့်ဖြင့် ရေရှည် ဦးဆောင်ကျော်လွှားနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- HR Infrastructure & Policy Design: စက်ရုံနှင့် ကိုက်ညီသော Company HR Policy, Company Rules & Regulations များနှင့် SOP များကို စနစ်တကျ ရေးဆွဲတည်ဆောက်ခြင်း။
- Operations Management: Attendance, Overtime (OT), Leave Management နှင့် Monthly Payroll (Salary Calculation) စနစ်များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
- Government & Compliance: လူမှုဖူလုံရေး (SSB)၊ မြို့နယ် အလုပ်သမားရုံးနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အစိုးရဌာနဆိုင်ရာ HR Process များကို တာဝန်ယူ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Talent Acquisition: စက်ရုံလည်ပတ်ရေးအတွက် လိုအပ်သော အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးစတာဖ်များနှင့် စက်ရုံအလုပ်သမားများ၏ Recruitment & Selection Process များကို စနစ်တကျ ဦးဆောင်စီမံခြင်း။
- Employee Relations & Administration: ဝန်ထမ်းရေးရာ မှတ်တမ်းများ (Personnel Files) ကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း၊ Employee Relations, Discipline နှင့် Performance Management ပိုင်းများကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Strategic Collaboration: Management Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ စက်ရုံ တိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် HR Strategy များကို ရေးဆွဲ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
Working Hours: 8:00AM~5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
