Job Requirements
- Any Graduated ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR Certificate (or) Diploma ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာအလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- KPI Report နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်း Performance Evaluation Report များပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- ဝန်ထမ်း၏ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် Data များ စုဆောင်းခြင်း၊ စိစစ်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- စိုက်ပျိုးရေးဆေး / ပိုးသတ်ဆေးနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော Report များရေးသားနိုင်ရမည်။
- ဝန်ထမ်း Attendance & Performance များစောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- Weekly/Monthly Performance Report များ Management သို့တင်ပြခြင်း။
Job Description
- ဝန်ထမ်း KPI နှင့် Performance Evaluation Report များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- ဝန်ထမ်း Attendance နှင့် Performance များ စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- စိုက်ပျိုးရေးဆေးနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော ကွင်းဆင်း Report နှင့် Market Report များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- Sales Team နှင့် Field Operation Team များနှင့်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- HR နှင့် Reporting ဆိုင်ရာ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ စနစ်တကျထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Sunday & Gazette Day
