Job Descriptions
- Must hold a degree in B-Tech or B.E (Civil).
- Minimum of 2/3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Experience in managing residential housing high-rise construction projects and interior decoration projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Able to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and workers on-site.
- Skilled in reviewing and ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Must be willing to travel to and work at project sites as required.
- Able to report to and assist the Project Engineer and BOD effectively.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
