Job Requirements

Any Graduate, Diploma or Certificate in HR Management
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field.
Good command of English 4 Skills .
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, CV screening,
Any Graduate, Diploma or Certificate in HR Management interviews, and employee onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
Employee Management
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Support employee welfare and engagement activities.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll
Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and related records.
Coordinate with the Finance Department for payroll and employee benefits.
Ensure payroll-related information is accurate and submitted on time.
HR Policies & Compliance
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and required documentation.

Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
