Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့ရ ရှိရသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- LCCI (Level-2) အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ် ရှိရမည်။
- Inventory accounting / cost accounting တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (2) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ပစ္စည်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုနှင့် စာရင်းကိုင်ပညာနှစ်ခုလုံးကို နားလည်သောသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သတ်မှတ်ထားသောအချိန်အတွင်း တိကျစွာ အလုပ်ကို အပြီးသတ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်ဖော်များနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Description
- ပစ္စည်းဝယ်ယူမှုများ၊ ရောင်းချမှုများနှင့် လှည့်ပြောင်းမှုများကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
- ငွေစာရင်းစနစ်အတွင်းရှိ ပစ္စည်းအချက်အလက်များနှင့် Warehouse မှ တိုင်းတာချက်များကို ထပ်မံစစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- ပျက်စီးပစ္စည်းများ၊ သက်တမ်းကုန်သွားသောပစ္စည်းများ စသည်ဖြင့် လျှော့ချမှတ်တမ်း များပြုစုခြင်း။
- အပတ်စဉ်၊လစဉ်၊နှစ်စဉ် ပစ္စည်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း (stock count / stock take) များတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန်စစ်ဆေးမှုများနှင့် စာရင်းအချက်အလက်များအကြား ကွာခြားမှုများကို သုံးသပ်တင်ပြခြင်း။
- Galaxy Software, Excel တို့တွင် Inventory data များကို မှန်ကန်အောင် update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- ငွေစာရင်းပိတ်စနစ်အတွက် ပစ္စည်းအချက်အလက်များတင်ပြခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:000 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday
