Job Requirements
• Any Degree LCCI Level III (Accounting)အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Inventory/Stock Accountingသို့မဟုတ်Warehouseစာရင်းကိုင်အဖြစ်အနည်းဆုံးလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
• Microsoft Excel ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• ပစ္စည်းစာရင်းများကို စစ်ဆေးရာတွင်အလွန်စေ့စပ်သေချာပြီးဇွဲရှိရှိဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
• Daily inventory received & issue up to date record (နေ့စဥ် Inventory ရရှိမှုစာရင်းများ Finance ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျည်း စည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီစာရင်းပြုစုရန်)
• Following up to date to information the inventory carrier way and reporting to manager (တရုတ်ဘက် မှ inventories သယ်ဆောင် လာမှု အခြေအနေ သတင်းအချက်အလက် သိရှိထားရန်)
• Ensure all Products arrive in good condition & report to head manager ( စက်ရုံသို့ ရောက်ရှိနေသော Inventories များ ထုတ်လုပ်တပ်ဆင်မှုအတွက် အရည်အသွေး ပြည့်မီမှု ရှိ/မရှိ စစ်ဆေးရန်)
• Checking Packing List, ID, Commercial Invoice (Factory သို့ရောက်ရှိလာမည့် Packing Listများ :: ID (Import Declaration), Commercial Invoice များစုံမစုံ စစ်ဆေးရန်
• Daily Inventory Finish Goods Production Report to Head Office & Branch Manger (နေ့စဥ်ဆိုင်ကယ် ထုတ်လုပ်ပြီးစီးမှု စာရင်းများပြုစုထားရန်)
• Montly Ground invenotries Counting ( လစဉ် မြေပြင်လက်ကျန် inventories စာရင်း ကောက်ရန်/ HO သို့ Report လုပ်ပေးရန် )
• Montly Inventory Documentation Collection (စက်မှု အစစ်ဆေးခံရန် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ကြိုတင် စုဆောင်းထားရန်)
• ID Record File / Purchase File (Import Declaration စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ,Purchase Invoice စာတမ်းများ ဖိုင်တွဲထားရန်)
• Inventory Received/Issued & Documents (Store မှ ထုတ်ယူသွားသော Inventories များ Finance Procedures နှင့် အညီဖိုင်တွဲထားရန်)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
