Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- (Geography သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ မေဂျာဘွဲ့ရသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်)
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate သို့မဟုတ် Lead Auditor Certificate ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- စက်ရုံ သို့မဟုတ် ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းတွင် ISO Auditor အဖြစ် အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်မှ (၂) နှစ်အထိ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel, Word နှင့် Report Writing ပိုင်းတွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
- ဌာနစုံနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းနိုင်သည့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- အသေးစိတ်ကို သေချာဂရုစိုက် စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းသုံး အင်္ဂလိပ်စာကို အခြေခံအဆင့် ရေးနိုင်၊ ဖတ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- ISO 9001:2015 စံနှုန်းများနှင့်အညီ နှစ်စဉ် Audit Plan များ ရေးဆွဲပြီး သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အချိန်ဇယားအတိုင်း ဌာနအသီးသီးအား Audit စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)၊ WI (Work Instructions) နှင့် Documented Information များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရှိမှု ရှိ/မရှိ စစ်ဆေးထိန်းချုပ်ရန်။
- Audit စစ်ဆေးစဉ် Non-Conformity (လိုအပ်ချက်မကိုက်ညီမှု) များ တွေ့ရှိပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်း၍ NCR ထုတ်ပြန်ရန်နှင့် နောက်တစ်ကြိမ် မဖြစ်ပေါ်စေရန် Corrective Action များ လမ်းညွှန်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- ဌာနအလိုက် ဖြစ်ပေါ်နိုင်သော Risk & Opportunities များကို သုံးသပ်အကဲဖြတ်ရာတွင် ပူးပေါင်းကူညီရန်။
- Internal Audit Findings များကို Top Management ထံ အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြရန်နှင့် Management Review Meeting အတွက် ပြင်ဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- ပြင်ပအသိအမှတ်ပြုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ လာရောက်စစ်ဆေးမည့် External Audit များအတွက် ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Working Hours: 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM
