Job Requirements
- At least two years’ experience for Software Project Management (Government Projects more prefer)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development Management, Software Engineering or a related field
- Background knowledge and experience in Software Projects (Backend Framework, Front-End Framework,
- Database Technologies and Mobile Development)
- Can research customer requirements and architect Software Solutions.
- Excellent in Technical Writing, Presentation and Customer Communication.
- Project Management and Leadership Skills for managing projects and stakeholder engagement
- Strong Written and Verbal Communications Skills to coordinate with team members, clients and management
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills to handle risks and issues throughout the development lifecycle
- Good Discipline and Reporting Manner
- Able to work under pressure with team
- Negotiation and Collaboration Skills with other departments, teams and customers
Job Descriptions
- Coordinate internal resources, clients and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical facilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Day-to-day running of the application development, ensuring application development milestones are completed on schedule, required application development deliverables are produced in accordance with the scope, desired quality and deadlines and the overall application development budget is closely monitored and controlled
- Organize and control application development resources in terms of application development staffing and equipment requirements
- Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Customers and Stakeholders.
- Responsible for project communication, including status reporting, change request, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.
- Allocates resources, shapes priorities, coordinate interactions with customers and users, and generally keeps the application development team focused on the right goal.
- Ensure compliance with the processes and standards
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
