Job Descriptions
- Company ရုံးသုံး Computer, Laptop, Printer, Scanner နှင့် IT Devices များကို တပ်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- Hardware / Software ပြဿနာများကို စစ်ဆေးဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
- Windows, Microsoft Office နှင့် အသုံးများသော Software များကို Install / Configure ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း။
- LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet နှင့် Network အခြေခံပြဿနာများကို Troubleshooting ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- User များ၏ IT Support တောင်းဆိုမှုများကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
- IT Equipment နှင့် Software များ၏ စာရင်းများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားခြင်း။
- Data Backup နှင့် Basic IT Security များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- IT ပစ္စည်းများ ပျက်စီးမှု/လိုအပ်ချက်များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်ရှိသူထံ Report တင်ခြင်း။
- IT-related policies နှင့် procedures များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Job Requirements
- Any Science / Information Technology သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘွဲ့/ဒီပလိုမာ ရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- IT Support ပိုင်းတွင် 1–2 နှစ်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- အသက်(၄၀) အထိ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
- Computer Hardware & Software Troubleshooting ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Windows OS နှင့် Microsoft Office အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- LAN, Wi-Fi, Network အခြေခံသဘောတရားများ သိရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Problem Solving နှင့် Troubleshooting Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication Skill နှင့် Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- User များကို စိတ်ရှည်စွာ Support ပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး အချိန်မီ အလုပ်ပြီးမြောက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
