Responsibilities
- Customer Support Executive will train and support clients to use mobile app.
- Communicating with customer to ensure correct onboarding.
- Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
- Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone, chat, social media and other online platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Must have atleast 2-3 working years of experience
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role in IT related field
- Tech savy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and patient
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
