Responsibilities

  • Customer Support Executive will train and support clients to use mobile app.
  • Communicating with customer to ensure correct onboarding.
  • Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
  • Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone, chat, social media and other online platforms.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Must have atleast 2-3 working years of experience
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role in IT related field
  • Tech savy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and patient

 

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays:  Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
