Job Descriptions
- Monitor production systems & resolve incidents.
- Support users and handle operational issues.
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
- Maintain O&M documents, SOPs & manuals.
- Support deployment, updates & system maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Prefer IT / Computer Science related degree.
- Al least one year experience in the related field.
- Prefer experience in IT Support, System Operations, or Application Support.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, SQL, APIs & troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
