Job Requirements

Must have passed the Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT) at N3 level or above (including reading, writing, and speaking) and possess English language skills at the pre-intermediate level.
Must be currently enrolled in a university or have obtained a degree from a recognized university.
Must be proficient in using computers, the internet, email, and Microsoft Office.
Must have good character and interpersonal skills.
Must be capable of working effectively as part of a team.

Job Description

Ensure that team provides a consistently high level of service for the customers.
Provide the service for customers regarding with airfare, flight schedule, reservation, E-visa and other travel requirement in time by the relevant team’s responsibility.
Check the air fare, flight schedule and related information for inquiries from partner companies.
Must be able to provide service within the deadline by paying close attention to the partner company’s orders.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

Benefit: Ferry will be provided
