Job Requirements
•LCCI Level 1, 2, 3 or ACCA (required).
•1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
•Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
•Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
•Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Good communication and time management skills.
•Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
•Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
Job Description
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
•Process invoices, payments, and receipts in accordance with company policies.
•Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
•Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
•Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
•Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control procedures.
•Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday and Sunday & Public Holidays
