- Microsoft words/Excel, Auto Cad အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- အပတ်စဉ် report များပုံမှန်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- အပတ်စဉ် site များသို့လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတတ်မှုအလိုက်ကွင်းဆင်းစစ်ဆေးမှုများဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- Working Schedule အတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Estimate တွက်ချက်နိုင်ပါက ပိုအဆင်ပြေပါသည်။
- ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
