Job Requirements
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of technical experience or field service, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, remote troubleshooting etc.)
• To conduct installation, commissioning, basic customer training, preventive maintenance services and instrument repair jobs on analytical products sold
Functional Skills and Knowledge
• Technical knowledge in analytical instruments.
• Functional knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, and diagrams.
• Good electrical and mechanical skills.
• Proven fundamental analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• A friendly & helpful personality with others.
• Strong manual dexterity.
• Support on call rotation.
• Standby and after-hours responsibilities.
• Flexible working hours.
• Be flexible for overnight stays, sometimes at short notice.
• Unpredictable Travel.
• Travel for support of other territories and training.
• Responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers.
• Installation and reinstallation
• Troubleshooting and resolving complaints reported by customers.
• Performing maintenance work on schedule.
• Performing emergency services.
• Writing detailed technical reports.
• Managing parts inventory.
• Communicating effectively with customers.
• Keeping tools and facilities clean.
• Scheduling tasks at each job site.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
