Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1 years of experience managing LSP operations and managing FTTH deployment or maintenance
- Proficiency in using fiber testing equipment (e.g., OTDR, fusion splicer).
- Knowledge of neuork design tools for fiber optic networks.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks. FTTH operations, and service restoration processes.
- Abillty to work in the field, sometimes in challenging environments,
- Excellent communication skills for interacting wth clients, contractors, and team members
Job Descriptions
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for fiber installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fiber outages and service disruptions.
- Perform OTDR testing, fusion splicing, and fault identification.
- Maintain accurate fiber installation, testing, and network records.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, safety requirements, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure service-level commitments are met.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half), Sunday & Public Holidays
