Job Requirements
- Civil Engineering ဘွဲ့ သို့မဟုတ် အာမခံ B.Tech / AGTI ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Construction Site ပေါ်တွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။ (Site အခြေအနေကိုပိုင်ပိုင်နိုင်နိုင် နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။)
- QS ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ (BOQ / Quantity Take-off) အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် ခန့် ရှိရမည်။
- Site နားလည်မှုနှင့် ရုံးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ QS Management ကို ပေါင်းစပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်စွမ်း ရှိရမည်။
- အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်း (Communication & Problem-solving skills) ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Auto CAD, Excel နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Engineering Software များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Site ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်မှုများ၊ အခက်အခဲများနှင့် လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ရုံးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ Management အဖွဲ့နှင့် စနစ်တကျ ချိတ်ဆက် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းပေးရမည်။
- BOQ တွက်ချက်မှုများ၊ Quantity Take-off များနှင့် Project စိတ်ကြိုက် ကုန်ကျစရိတ် စိစစ်ခြင်းများကို တာဝန်ယူ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- Site စီမံကိန်းများ သတ်မှတ်အချိန်ဇယားအတိုင်း ပြီးစီးစေရန် ပစ္စည်းရရှိမှု၊ စက်ယန္တရားနှင့် အင်အားစုများကို စိစစ်ညှိနှိုင်းပေးရမည်။
- Site မှ တက်လာသော Sub-contractor များ၏ Payment Claim များနှင့် Work Progress များကို စစ်ဆေး အတည်ပြုပေးရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
