Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, or relevant modules).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn SAP systems and processes.
Job Descriptions
- Provide first-level support for SAP users, including troubleshooting issues and answering queries.
- Assist in monitoring SAP system performance and reporting incidents or system errors.
- Help maintain SAP master data and ensure data integrity.
- Support configuration and testing of SAP modules under guidance from senior consultants.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system-related problems.
- Assist in user training and creating user manuals or guidelines.
- Support upgrades, patches, and other system maintenance activities.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
