Job Requirements
• Any graduate.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Chat tools) အသုံးပြုနိုင် ရမည်။
• Event / Travel / Cinema / Bus / Flight စတဲ့ ticket များကို customer တွေထံ ရောင်းချခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။
• Customer inquiry များကို chat, phone, in-person ဖြင့် ပြန်လည်ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။
• Booking process, payment confirmation, ticket issuing လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။
• Daily sales record နှင့် report ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။
• Promotion / campaign များအတွက် support ပေးခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။
• Customer service quality ကောင်းမွန်စေရန် follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။
• Sales / Customer service experience ရှိလျှင် ဦိးစားမည်။
• Teamwork နှင့် target oriented ဖြစ်ရမည်
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public holidays
