Job Requirements
- BE (Civil) (Or) M.E (Civil)
- Interior Design, Fit-Out (သို့) ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးနယ်ပယ်တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံအနည်းဆုံး (၅) နှစ်ရှိရ မည်။
- ဦးဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းရည်နှင့် ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Design Drawings, Technical Specifications နှင့် BOQS များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာနားလည်ရမည်။
- PMP သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Project Management Certification ရရှိထားသူ အထူးဦးစားပေး မည်။
Job Description
- Project Oversight: စီမံကိန်း၏ အစမှအဆုံး (Planning to Closing) အဆင့်တိုင်းကို တာဝန်ယူကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
- Budget & Time Management: သတ်မှတ်ဘတ်ဂျတ်အတွင်း အကျိုးအမြတ်ရရှိစေရန်နှင့် သတ်မှတ်အချိန်အတွင်း
- ပြီးစီးစေရန် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
- Stakeholder Communication: Client : Senior Management up
- လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Teamwork& Collaboration: Site Team အင်ဂျင်နီယာများနှင့် ရုံးအဖွဲ့သားများကြား ကောင်းမွန်သော ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှု (Teamwork) ဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းများကို အတူတကွ ပြီးမြောက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Procurement & Vendors: Sub-contractors sc Vendor : ບໍǝ: Quality ş
- Timeline အမီတာဝန်ယူရန်။
- Risk Management: လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်သော အခက်အခဲများကို ကြိုတင်ခန့်မှန်းပြီး၊ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင် မည့် နည်းဗျူဟာများ ချမှတ်ရန်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday(alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
