Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
- A minimum of 6 months experiences in ticketing systems field.
- Passion for domestic and international airlines booking system.
- Age under 25.
- English language skill is a must and other language is preferable.
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Email).
- Preferred Knowledge of airline regulations, fare rules, and ticketing policies.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn, active & enthusiasm about new experiences.
Job Description
- Process domestic flight tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated information on airline fares, promotions, and pricing structures to provide customers with the best deals.
- Keep abreast of domestic travel regulations, pricing, and schedule changes.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to domestic travel options, ticket prices, and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with airlines to manage bookings effectively.
- Ensure seamless communication with customers regarding booking confirmations and changes.
- Maintain accurate records of domestic ticket transactions and customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on domestic ticket sales, availability, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales &Marketing to optimize domestic travel services
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday (Half), Sunday, Public Holidays
