Job Requirements

Any Graduate (Prefer in B.Sc Industrial Chemistry or B.Sc Chemistry)
At least 2years’ experience in related field.
Awareness on food safety management systems and processes comply with industry standards and meet/exceed customer requirements and improve food safety and quality system from time to time.
Preferably with knowledge of laboratory work.
Ability to work with people.
Knowledge of principles of chemistry and microbiology
Ability to read and comprehend packaged instructions. Ability to follow laboratory procedure manual(s).
Team work
Good oral communication.
Interpersonal awareness
Initiative
Thoroughness
Personal credibility
Basic computer skill i.e. Microsoft word, excel and etc.
Basic knowledge on GMP, Allergen and HACCP

Job Descriptions

To ensure that food safety management systems and processes comply with industry standards and meet/exceed customer requirements and improve food safety and quality system from time to time.
Allergen control-continuously monitoring specific ingredients program.
Constantly update management on requirements.
To ensure to test microbiological swab test on the equipment and utensil, worker hand, incoming blue gloves. Incoming smock as per sampling plan and standards.
To ensure to microbiological test air monitoring test in production area as per sampling plan and standards.
To ensure to microbiological test incoming raw materials, incoming salt and sugar and vegetables as per sampling plan and standards.
To ensure to microbiological test finished product sample.
To ensure to test pH, moisture and salt for incoming raw, finished product and batter mix as per weekly.
To ensure to test pH for potable water as per weekly.
To ensure to timely Lab equipment internal calibration before sample testing.
To ensure to check actual practice and SOP and if any different found, reporting to QA Officer.
Control lab stock and update data.
Updating and control record for Microbiological Test report.
Control lab manual book and QA equipment manual book.
Other adhoc duty as assigned by superior.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Sunday& Public Holidays
