Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related experince in logistics field.
- Any graduated.
- Have fully knowledge of port operation.
- Can work overtime during holidays if have urgent shipments.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and email writing.
- Honest, communication skills, high sense of responsibility.
Job Descriptions
- Have knowledge of the process of Terminal Port Clearance, Air Port Clearance, Port Operation.
- Co-ordinate & monitor with custom broker agent of the Custom Clearance process at Port.
- To control day to day Fleet operations with fleet vendors.
- To arrange vehicles (Ctnr trucks/ GC trucks/Cranes) to clients’ designated place for loading or unloading cargo.
- To monitor and follow up the fleet vendors / drivers to track the fleet trucking real time and provide the update status to customer service team.
- To monitor operation at project site.
- Resolves potential issues or problems with drivers.
- Report to Department Manager daily, weekly and monthly.
- Handle duties as company assigned.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
