Job Requirement
- Any University Graduate
- At least 5 years’ experience in logistics operations.
- Between 30 to 45 years old.
- Must have Diploma in logistics & supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge in customs clearance procedures and international trade regulations.
- Adaptability to changing regulations and environments.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have problem solving and analytical skill.
- Professional appearance and attitude are a must.
- Must have valid driving license and driving skill.
Job Descriptions
- Manage the Logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.
- Develop and implement the logistics plan that optimize the use of sources.
- Establish and maintain relationship with vendors and service provider to ensure and timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and service.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholder to drive the logistics operation.
- Prepare necessary information and provide to apply import license.
- Manage of all general freight’s movements by air, road and sea.
- Coordinate and communicate with supplier and third party service provider to make sure smooth delivery operation.
- Report to Logistics Manager.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00 PM)
Saturday (8:00AM to 12:00 PM)
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
Other Allowance: Uniform, Phone Bill allowance, Office Ferry, Training, Other allowances
