Job Descriptions

• Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure all logistics documents are complete and accurate.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with overseas suppliers (shippers) and shipping line to ensure smooth import shipment arrangements.
• Monitor the shipment schedule, shipment progress, and EAT (Estimated Time of Arrival) of inbound cargo by sea, air, or land, and provide daily status updates and reports to Management.
• Follow up upon on shipment documentation and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timely cargo delivery and customs clearance.
• Proactively identify shipment delays or issues and communicate updates and solutions to Management in a timely manner.
• Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
• Resolve delivery issues and provide timely updates to management.
• Resolve shipment and delivery issues promptly.
• Monitor logistics costs and prepare reports.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s Degree,
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At Least 5 Years of experience in logistics or supply chin operations.
• Must have experience in processing import License applications through the Trade Net 2.0 System.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of import procedures and shipping documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good command of English (especially written communication and grammar)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight
• Deadlines.
• Willing to perform other duties assigned by the management.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday Half,Sunday & Public Holidays
