Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics/Transportation, with supervisory experience.
  • FMCG or Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willing to work at Hmawbi Factory.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Supervise daily logistics and delivery operations.
  • Plan and monitor delivery schedules and routes.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, sales and related departments.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization and delivery performance.
  • Manage delivery documents and logistics records.
  • Handle delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance and discipline.
  • Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
