Job Requirements

- Have basic Operating System Knowledge
- Able to communicate with vendor and respective internal Team/Dept well
Job Descriptions
- THMPaiPai is interested in hiring a LTE Core network engineer. As the Core Network Engineer, you are responsible for engineering and implementing solutions to ensure that the LTE Core Network and its related systems continue to operate.
- To keep system monitoring such as LTE Core system in 8*7 base to detect the stability of the systems in real time by using multiple monitoring tools
- Main responsibility was understanding of core parts functions such as SGSN, GGSN & MME
- To prepare and deliver the respective system data reports (Daily and Weekly) in time to check and analyze KPI results for related equipment vendors
- To handle the upcoming new system to assist related team’s request
- To update the alarm, summarize and daily alarm lists and vendor information to get the latest information about the alarms
- Develop, maintain and perform L2 heath checks and scripts is verified
- To ensure backup of all PS Core network elements as per Customer Policies
- Manage Critical Faults and Outages in the network
- Administration of CS/PS Core NEs user accounts and access
- Ensure any new network elements or new office that are to be commissioned into the network are operationally accepted to avoid performance issues
- To communicate and collaborate with the related vendor and team members to resolve the system error issues in time
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
